Let customers book appointments
Set your business hours and let customers pick a time slot on WhatsApp by themselves.
Customers can book, check or cancel an appointment in a WhatsApp chat by tapping options. No staff needed. Bookings appear in your Calendar.
1. Set your business hours
Go to Settings → Appointment booking. Only Admins can change this.
| Setting | Example |
|---|---|
| Timezone | Asia/Kuala_Lumpur |
| Appointment length (minutes) | 30 |
| Business days | Mon to Sat |
| Opens at / Closes at | 9:00 AM / 6:00 PM |
| Specific times offered (optional) | 10:00 AM, 2:00 PM, 4:00 PM |
Leave Specific times offered empty to offer back-to-back slots across your opening hours. Fill it in if you only want to offer certain times. Click Save.
2. Add booking to a Flow
Booking works through a Flow. In the Flow editor, add these nodes:
- Book appointment: shows the customer available dates, then times, and books the one they tap. You can set the appointment title, how many dates and times to show, how many days ahead to search, and how many bookings each time slot allows.
- Find appointment: looks up the customer's upcoming appointment so you can show it to them.
- Cancel appointment: cancels it if they ask.
A simple booking flow looks like this:
- Trigger: keyword "book" or "appointment".
- Send message: "Let's find you a time."
- Book appointment.
- Send message: "You're booked! See you then."
- End.
