Step 3: Connect your channels

A channel is an app your customers use to message you. Once a channel is connected, its chats appear in your Inbox.

#Open the Channels page

Go to Settings → Channels. You'll see every channel with its status: Connected, Not connected or Needs reconnecting.

After connecting, send a message to your business from another phone. It should appear in the Inbox within a few seconds.
