Import contacts from a CSV file
Bring your existing customer list into NexusBot in one go, with tags.
Have customers in Excel, Google Sheets or another system? Import them all at once.
Prepare your file
Save your list as a CSV file. In Excel, choose File → Save As → CSV (Comma delimited).

Import
- Go to Contacts and click Import.
- Click to choose your CSV file.
- Check the Preview. It shows the first rows and which tags will be created.
- Click Import contacts.
When it's done you'll see how many were imported, how many tags were assigned, how many were skipped (already in your list), and how many had an invalid phone number.
