Team Chat
Talk to your colleagues inside NexusBot without leaving customer chats.
Team Chat is a private chat for your staff. Customers never see it.
Channels and direct messages
- General is shared with everyone on your team. Use it for announcements and quick questions.
- Direct messages are one-to-one. Click Start a direct message, search for a teammate and start typing.
A dot next to each name shows if they're Online, Away or Offline.
What you can do
- Send text, photos and documents.
- Reply, React, Forward, Pin and Copy text on any message.
- Delete your own messages. This removes them for everyone.
An unread count appears next to Team Chat in the left menu when you have new messages.
