NexusBot connects to Telegram through a bot. Customers message your bot, and the chats appear in your NexusBot Inbox.

1. Create your bot

  1. Open BotFather. In Telegram, search for @BotFather (it has a blue tick) and tap Start.
  2. Create the bot. Send /newbot.
  3. Name it. Send the display name customers will see, for example "Kedai Kopi Aurora".
  4. Choose a username. It must end in "bot", for example kedaikopiaurora_bot.
  5. Copy the token. BotFather replies with a token that looks like 123456789:AAH.... Copy it.

2. Connect it to NexusBot

  1. Open Telegram settings. Go to Settings → Channels, find Telegram and click Connect.
  2. Paste the token. On the Bot tab, paste the token into Bot token.
  3. Click Connect. You'll see Connected as @yourbot.

3. Test it

Open t.me/yourbot on your phone, tap Start and send a message. It appears in the NexusBot Inbox with a Telegram badge.
