#"Couldn't connect the bot. Check the token and try again."

The token is wrong or incomplete.

Fix: Copy the full token again from BotFather. It has a number, a colon, then a long string of letters and numbers, with no spaces. If you've revoked it, send /token to BotFather to see the current one.

#I can't message a customer

Telegram bots can only reply to people who have started a chat with the bot.

Fix: Send the customer your bot link (t.me/yourbot) and ask them to tap Start.

#Messages stopped arriving

The bot may have been disconnected, or its token was changed in BotFather.

Fix: Go to Settings → Channels → Telegram. If it's not connected, paste the current token and click Connect again.

#I connected the bot to another tool too

A Telegram bot can only send its messages to one service. If another tool also uses the same token, messages may go there instead.

Fix: Disconnect the bot from the other tool, or create a separate bot for NexusBot.
