Need help? Open Support in the left menu and type your question. Our team replies in the same chat, and you'll see an unread badge on Support when we do.

When your question is solved

We may send a check-in asking if you still need help:

  • Click Yes, I still need help to keep chatting.
  • Click No, end chat to close it.

If there's no reply, the chat closes by itself after a while. You can also click End chat at any time. Starting a new message opens a fresh conversation.
